Jon Grote was born in 1982 and grew up in Bremen. He has been working as a photographer, media designer and web developer since 2002 – he took on the latter role as a permanent team member of the web agency seitenweise in 2006. From 2015 to 2020, he studied photography and visual media at the Department of Design at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (HSBI) and will continue his studies in the Master’s programme in Professor Adrian Sauer’s class from 2023. Since 2021 he has been working regularly as a lecturer and lecturer at various educational institutions.
